Chuushin Kabu Empty Chuushin Kabu

Name: Chuushin Kabu

Nickname: "The Modern Samurai"

Gender: Male

Age: 21

Home city/country: Okinawa, Japan

Appearance:
Physical: Kabu is rather tall for his age though he is also lean for that size, which is surprising considering his large and toned muscles. He has long black hair tied back in a traditional samurai hair style with two long side burns. His black hair is off set by his oddly golden eyes that have a sharp gaze to them.

Clothing: When not riding his ATs he is often wearing a traditional samurai kimono with a tan top and dark brown bottom with traditional samurai sandals and his katana in a scabbard. When he is riding his ATs he wears a simple white short sleeved shirt under a simple metal body armor that protects his torso on the front and back from basic blade and blunt attacks. It can't block much though since the metal is thin and light. He also wears leather straps along his arms and on his hands and carries a thin, steel bat/club used mostly for blocking but he can use it for light attacks. He wears a pair of dark brown pants with wide pants leg opening at the bottom and his pair of ATs that start a light tan color and slowly fade to brown from top to bottom.

History: As a young boy growing up in Japan he was as carefree as any little kid could be. He enjoyed running around and simply playing with his friends though he tended to be a little too care free and didn't really take anything seriously. His parents, in order to teach him discipline and responsibility sent him to a samurai dojo on the other side of the country. He was very bored with the samurai life style at first and hated being there. It was during this time that he had first discovered ATs at a young age. Once his sensei found out about his interest in ATs Kabu was punished and told to only stick to his samurai discipline. Though he started to grow used to this way of living and began to appreciate what he was being taught he still held his love for ATs and would often practice riding them in secret. One day, after Kabu had finished his daily swordsmanship training he returned to the dojo where he found his sensei unconscious. He was taken to the hospital where they found he had a fatal disease that he had kept secret. he died that night. Rather than return home to his parents, Kabu would not leave the dojo no matter what. He felt that his training was incomplete and continued to train day after day. He taught himself complete samurai discipline according to how his sensei was trying to accomplish it but something was still missing. He knew all samurai obeyed and protected their shogun, but now Kabu had no leader, no one to obey or protect. It was then that he began to combine his interests of ATs and samurai and began to look for a team to follow in order to find a person he could devote his life to.

Personality: In accordance his his samurai training, Kabu is very disciplined and respectable. He never has outbursts of emotions and solemnly shows any emotion other than unwavering dedication and seriousness. He is often very quiet but when he does talk it is in a very formal and polite tone, though it is a bit monotone and shows no strong emotion on any end of the spectrum. He is obedient and loyal to the day he dies and will never second guess or think twice about an order given to him by his leader though he rarely listens to takes orders from anyone besides his leader, who has yet to be determined as he is looking for someone respectable and worthy of his dedication.

Road: Sacrifice Road

Road Description: Riders of this road will always protect their allies no matter what, even throwing themselves in the way of deadly attacks. They never attack but only counter attack.

Team: None

Custom AT Modification: Kabu's ATs actually contain two motors but no brakes. One motor is connected to the front wheel for forward acceleration and the second motor is connected to the rear wheel for reverse acceleration. This allows him to ride backwards at the same speed, if not faster than, most riders going forward normally, allowing him to provide proper defense to enemies both behind and in front of him. However, the problem with this is that there are no actual brakes in his ATs so the only way he can slow down and stop is to apply pressure to both wheels so the increased friction of both wheels turning in different directions will slow himself down but this isn't a quick process and can wear out his wheels over time.

Signature Tricks:
Samurai Strike - After blocking an attack, Kabu will use the opening and strike an opponent's pressure point with the tip of his bat, causing quick and intense pain. This can really wear down an opponent if used multiple times as their whole body will become sore.
Double Burn - Kabu grabs an opponent and touches his AT wheels to them, usually to the wrist or ankle, and apply pressure to both the wheels making them spin in different directions on the opponent's skin causing bad burns due to the high friction of the wheels.
Biting the Bullet - Kabu blocks an attack any way he can, usually by leaving his defense completely open in order to get a shot at hitting the opponent in a critical spot with his bat, usually in the head or other sensitive areas in an attempt at a one shot temporary take down.

Goal: To find a worthy leader and protect them no matter what until the day he dies.
