Appearance: Tora’s complexion is somewhat light, compared to other Japanese. As such, he is often mistaken as being American, at least until he speaks. He is not as big as his brother, but still lean. His height is about 5’10”, and his weight is about 165 lbs. His hair is medium to light brown, differing in places. He keeps his hair neat and at about medium length. He wears a light blue button-up shirt with the sleeves rolled up. Underneath, barely visible, he wears a shirt with a white tiger print pattern on it. He prefers to wear white khakis, though he struggles to keep them relatively clean. Unlike his brother, Tora has an incredibly straight posture.

History: The Itchi twins grew up in the slums of Japan. Their mother died in childbirth, and their father was a drunk, abusive man. The only way they were able to deal with their father was with the comfort of each other. From a very young age, these twins became absolutely inseparable. At the age of eight, they ran away from home. They ended up living in the streets, which they saw as better than living with their father. Through teamwork, these two were able to make a living for themselves, whether by stealing, foraging, or doing odd jobs. They earned their education on the streets, learning what they needed to get by and then some. As they reached their mid-teens, they were able to support themselves reasonably well. Their thriftiness took them from finding money for the next meal to finding money to get a nicer jacket. When they were seventeen, they heard about the new AT craze. Upon deciding that it might be a good investment, they saved up for a month to buy a pair of ATs each. Using these, the Itchi twins were a force to be reckoned with. Their thefts became larger scale and their jobs became better paying. On their eighteenth birthday, they decided it was time to use the ATs for what they were meant for and created a team together: Consonance.

Personality: Tora is slightly introverted, like his brother. Though he speaks openly only to Ryuu, he speaks with integrity and seriousness, making eye contact at all times. This makes him somewhat awkward to speak to. Tora, though he seems to be the “brains” of the operation that is his team, thinks on the same terms as Ryuu. He is usually the more conservative of the two, though he occasionally eggs on his brother's violent ambitions. Tora's sometimes sadistic attitude reflects his abusive childhood and resentment towards his drunk father. Still, compared to his brother, Tora is considered to be the more "classy" one, though this is a stretch.

Custom AT Modification: Tora’s ATs have an additional gear that can be switched to for a short period of time by double clicking the accelerator. This can only be done for short periods without the gear wearing down. This gear, attached to a battery, gathers energy over time, and when activated, provides a quick boost in acceleration. This can put him slightly over top speed for a very short time, but is mainly used to go from lower speeds to top speed in a minimal time span. This requires Tora to be leaning forward and maneuver with his hips to provide precise control. To compensate, the wheels are also made of a very high-friction material to prevent slippage during these “boosts”. (Generally, these boosts last for about 1 post, with a recharge of about 1-2 posts)

Signature Tricks:
Tiger Step – From a stationary position, Tora leans forward act activates his boost, sending him to near top speed in a few seconds. This can only be done straight forward.
Tiger Climb – When riding vertically, after climbing for about 20 feet normally, Tora activates his boost, giving him the momentum to climb further than a normal AT rider could (The special wheels help keep him on the surface).
Tiger Kick – Tora boosts towards his opponent, swings a leg out, leaps, and delivers a cross-face kick (from right to left, left to right, etc.) driven by the momentum of his boost. This can cause major bruises, but rarely ever fractures the bone(s) of the target.
Tiger Claw – Tora boosts with one AT, providing momentum behind a punch. This can knock opponents off their feet, but the impact puts great strain on Tora’s arm.
